The rooms here were a good size and felt new. We had a nice double sea view which was really great! Everything was top-notch. 🌅

The pool is nice and there is on-site parking available, the rooms are neat, nicely furnished with a double sea view, and there are nice services offered, plus the location is perfect.

During our recent stay at Hyatt Regency, we were pleased with many aspects of our experience. The staff was extremely hospitable and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were well furnished and had a nice overall design. Additionally, the breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The atmosphere in the breakfast area was also enjoyable, with a sense of luxury and elegance. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Hyatt Regency.

Fresh, well-equipped rooms with many lights and function buttons. Helpful, friendly staff, clean property. Spacious, beautiful room, quick room service. Comfortable overall.

The staff at Hyatt Regency Sochi provided excellent service and were very helpful throughout our stay. They made sure we had a good location to exchange money and the view from the hotel was beautiful. Despite some minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

I gotta say, the value for money at this hotel was amazing. The room was spacious and beautiful, with a great view of the Black Sea and mountain ranges. The staff treated us like royalty, especially Vlada, Irina, Dasha, Maxim, Boris. They really made us feel welcome and taken care of.

Breakfast delights could use some improvement.

We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were well equipped with a fancy design and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location on the hilltop provided a great view and easy access to the main shopping areas.

The hotel had a great location, very close to the center. The rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing useful local knowledge and offering tours. The beach was also within walking distance and there were many cafes and restaurants nearby.

There were some disappointments during my stay. there was no fridge in the room, which was unexpected for a 5-star hotel.

Our romantic escape was simply breathtaking. the hotel provided complimentary breakfast and spa treatments that were top-notch. the location was ideal for a romantic getaway, only a short walk from the sea and central shopping areas. the balcony had a wonderful view of the sea and city.

The pool was overcrowded, and the hotel did not have enough sun loungers or umbrellas for the guests. the poolside restaurant was also overpriced.
